What’s new? Everything? SMAs constantly confront change. Some of the changes we anticipate—but others not so much. As we begin a new year, we will talk with our COSMA colleagues about TRANSITIONS. There are many kinds of transitions: leadership transitions (staff, board, and volunteers); changes to strategic action plans; transition to new or different offices or other places where we work; technology upgrades and system changes; and other forms of re-direction.
